A deadly fire broke out in the 14-storey shopping mall in Zigong, China, at around 18:00 local time on Tuesday. The number of deaths, which was 6 according to initial estimates, increased to 16 in the next days.
Fire teams took the flames under control in two and a half hours on the same day.
