Maltese swimmer Neil Agius swam the 152.6-kilometer distance between Italy’s Linosa Island and his country Malta to draw attention to plastic pollution in the sea. The 35-year-old swimmer, who left Italy’s Linosa Island on Monday, completed the 52-hour swimming and reached Malta’s Gozo Island.
