One person died, and another was injured during a bull-running event in the town of Pobla de Farnals, located in the Valencia region of eastern Spain. Authorities announced that the deceased person suffered injuries to his lung and liver, which resulted from blows to four different parts of his body, and later succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
The local council of the town of Pobla de Farnals decided to suspend the bull runs and all other events in the town due to the incident.
