Mexico flash floods rip through cars and roads

Heavy rains caused flash floods in Mexico City, the capital of Mexico. Due to the rain, a river overflowed in the city, and transportation was disrupted. While the flood waters reached a height of one meter, vehicles were dragged on the streets of the city, and some vehicles were stuck in traffic. Due to the heavy rains in the southern parts of the city, the Ministry of Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection of Mexico City stated that a yellow alert was issued in 10 municipalities in the capital, and that there were no casualties in the flood.
