Mexico sends its famous search and rescue dogs to Türkiye

Aid to Türkiye continues after the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş. Mexico included a total of 140 officials and 15 rescue dogs in the aid team sent to Türkiye for search and rescue.

A trainer of the Mexican Red Cross rescue dog named July, Anneth Villafana, said that July is an 8-year-old Labrador Retriever and that there are 3 additional dogs with the names Balam, Orly, and Rex. The team’s other trainer, Angel Daniel Hernandez, said that Rex a Belgian Shepherd, had five years of training.
