A 3-year-old boy nearly escaped from falling, who was hanging on the 8th floor of a building in Nur Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan, at a window about 80 meters above the ground. While he was going to work with his friend, 37-year-old Sabit Shontakbaev, who saw the little boy hanging in the window after the screams of the people around him, risked his life and went out of the window of the downstairs apartment and pulled the little boy into the apartment. The moments when the little boy was rescued were recorded by the people around.

It was stated that the child’s mother left the house for shopping and was alone, while the child piled pillows and soft toys under the window and then went outside the window.

Shontakbaev was awarded a medal by Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Ibrahim Kulshimbayev, and congratulated by Nur Sultan Mayor Altay Kulginov.
