Four people narrowly avoided drowning after deliberately driving their vehicle into the river in Wadi Bani Ghafer in Oman’s Al Batinah region. Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced that it has arrested four citizens for exposing themselves to danger.
In a statement, ROP said that legal procedures are being completed against them and the matter has been referred to the judicial authorities.
