A truck loaded with pebbles has broken its brakes while parked in Turkey’s Düzce province. When the truck began to move, it hit a median strip and then a taxi stand. The truck that flew into the stockade then crashed into a public building and somersaulted. Those who were in the building immediately left after the incident. No one was killed or injured in the incident.
