More than 4,000 hectares burned in ongoing wildfire near valencia, Spain

The fire that started two days ago in the village of Villanueva de Viver in the city of Valencia in eastern Spain, which has been struggling with the drought that has developed due to below-average precipitation for three years, has so far burned more than 4,000 hectares of land. A total of 1,500 people living in 8 villages and towns were evacuated from their homes. Twenty aircrafts and more than 500 firefighters are struggling to get the flames under control.
