NASA astronauts go on a spacewalk

NASA astronauts on the International Space Station (ISS) went on a spacewalk. During the 7-hour walk, astronauts Josh Cassada and Frank Rubio will install the 4th of 6 new solar panels called Roll-Out Solar Arrays (iROSA) to the ISS.

The iROSAs will strengthen the station’s existing solar panel system, and the 6 panels that will be installed will increase the ISS’s power supply by 20 to 30 percent.
