National Aeronautics and Space Administration and Boeing are ready for the Boeing Crew Flight Test, in which the first crewed flight of the Boeing CFT-100 Starliner spacecraft will be initiated. The spacecraft, which will take NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams to the International Space Station, will be launched on a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida at 12:25 p.m. EDT.
The astronauts will spend about a week at the orbiting laboratory before returning to Earth.
