Thirty-five-year-old American NBA player Derrick Rose, who most recently played for the Memphis Grizzlies, announced his retirement on his social media account.
Derrick Rose, who played in a total of 723 matches in the NBA and was on the All-Star team three times, was the NBA rookie of the year in 2008 and 2009 and the regular season MVP in 2010 and 2011. He also won the FIBA World Cup in 2010 and 2014 with the US National Team.
