Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called for the destruction of Iran’s nuclear facilities under U.S. supervision, warning that otherwise, military action remains an option.
In a video message, Netanyahu said a diplomatic solution must follow the model of Libya’s 2003 disarmament and insisted that Iran must be prevented from acquiring nuclear weapons. He claimed he and former U.S. President Donald Trump had agreed on this stance.
Netanyahu also raised concerns over Türkiye’s military presence in Syria, calling it a threat to Israel and stating he would seek U.S. support if needed.
