number of turkish wild horses increases

The number of rare Turkish wild horses, used by cavalries during the Ottoman period, continues to increase in the Eynif Plain, where they were released to nature years ago in Antalya, Türkiye. Adding a different beauty to nature with their newborn calves in the green meadows of the plain, the horses offer an incredible visual feast to nature lovers who want to watch this survival story.

“The wild horses, whose numbers are increasing every year, come together in search of water. They are known for their fondness for freedom and do not like to be approached. Those who want to photograph these horses can only capture them from afar. They are the rebellious children of Antalya. They are in nature in all seasons,” said Alper Uyan.
