Numerous flowers laid by Russian citizens piled up in front of the Crocus City Hall in Russia’s Moscow, where a deadly terrorist attack killed 137 people and injured over a hundred two days ago.
Four of the five assailants, who carried out shooting and arson in the concert hall of the building, and 7 more people related to the attack were caught and detained. The attack was claimed by Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.
