A fire broke out in a two-storey nursing home in Kemerovo, Russia killed 20 and injured 2. More than 80 personnel and 28 vehicles responded the fire that quickly spread and managed to rescue 4 casualties.
It was stated that the nursing home was operated illegally and that firefighters had previously gone to the building to inspect the building but was not taken in on the grounds that it was private property.
