One Died and 21 Injured After Train Crash in Egypt

A locomotive crashed into a passenger train traveling from Aswan to the capital Cairo in Minya, Egypt. Following the crash, 2 carriages from the passenger train fell into the Ibrahimiya Canal, killing 1 person and injuring 21 others.

The Egyptian National Railways reported that the passenger train continued its journey without the damaged carriages. An investigation has been launched into the accident.
