Turkish Defense Minister Yaşar Güler attended the inauguration of a cartridge-manufacturing assembly line built by Türkiye’s state-run Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation (MKE AŞ) in Ulaanbaatar. He was joined by Mongolian Defense Minister Damba Batlut and Türkiye’s Ambassador Başak Genç Yüksel.
Güler called the facility “a strong symbol of our rapidly developing cooperation in the defense industry,” stressing that it was built on technology sharing and mutual trust. He said the project will help meet Mongolia’s security needs, boost local capacity, and deepen ties between the two countries
