The opposition, which took control of most of Syria after the fall of the Assad regime, began to strengthen their border lines in the south. Many soldiers and military vehicles were deployed in Daraa on the Jordanian border.
“People were oppressed here. We set out on this path. We overthrew Russia and Iran. The people are now free here. The war is over. Syria will return to its old days in 1 month at the latest,” said an opposition soldier.
