A record number of visitors visited the Cappadocia region in Türkiye, which is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, due to the nine-day Eid al-Adha holiday that started on Monday. A total of 35,347 local and foreign tourists visited the museums and ruins in the Cappadocia region, and the hotel occupancy rate reached 100 percent in the first two days of the holiday.
“The Cappadocia region is a very fascinating region. Everyone should definitely come to Cappadocia,” said a visitor.
