In the midst of Israeli bombardments in Gaza, Palestinian children continue Quran education at the Masjid al-Aqsa Martyrs Quran Memorization Center. Located near Shuheda al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah, the center offers memorization training to girls and boys despite the challenges of war and displacement. 12-year-old Menna Nasr expressed the children’s determination to learn despite the adversities they face. Volunteer teachers like Nour Naji are providing education to around 125 students daily, helping them hold onto their religious studies amidst the conflict.
