Parachuters competed in Turkey’s Denizli

The first day of the Paragliding Pre-World Cup XC Open Races was completed from a height of 2150 meters from Yaylacık Mountain in Denizli, Turkey. The event was organized as part of the 8th International Culture, Tourism, Agriculture, and Nature Sports Festival organized by Çameli Municipality in Denizli. With the competition beginning at noon on the first day, 71 pilots took to the skies. The paratroopers’ colorful parachutes formed a visual feast in the sky.  Starting from Yaylacık Mountain for the flight route, the athletes landed in Acıpayam district and then in the designated area in Burdur province’s Gölhisar district.
