A rescue operation in Italy’s Dolomite Mountains took a terrifying turn when a paramedic plunged down a rocky slope while saving an injured climber. Emergency teams were dispatched on August 22 to the Falzarego Towers area to assist a 25-year-old who had fallen during an ascent. Dramatic footage captures the moment a stretcher suddenly slipped, sending the paramedic tumbling several meters down the rugged terrain alongside falling debris. Fortunately, medical personnel were able to treat both the rescue worker and the climber directly at the scene. Authorities have confirmed that neither individual sustained life-threatening injuries in the harrowing ordeal.
