Paris Chocolate Fair begins, features chocolate dresses

The annual Paris Chocolate Fair has begun with participation of nearly 100 chocolate producers from different countries. The fair could not be held last year due to Covid-19 pandemic. At the opening of the Chocolate Fair, chocolate dresses designed by famous fashion designers were introduced at the fashion show. The chocolate fashion show, prepared in honor of Cardiac Surgery, will be held every day between 16:00 and 17:00 during the fair.

Participants will be able to enter the kitchen with the chefs and experience cake making at the fair, where famous chefs will organize cake shows. The Chocolate Fair will feature the likes of Sophie de Bernardi, Anthony Coquereau, Nicolas Guercio, Pascal Hainigue, Sarah Ifrah-Ohana, Nina Métayer, Nicolas Paciello, Pierre-Jean Quinonero, Tristan Rousselot, Charles Dray, and many others. The fair will remain open until November 1st.
