A man wielding a knife kidnapped two women in Paris’s 12th district yesterday. According to police, the 56-year-old man who kidnapped a store manager and her daughter has been arrested by police. According to French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin, the attacker has been arrested by police and is in good health. The man was said to be receiving psychiatric treatment.
