Passenger plane skids of the runway in Philippines

An A330-322 type passenger plane of Korean Air company, carrying 162 passengers, skidded off the runway while landing on the Mactan-Cebu International Airport in Philippines. The plane, which previously attempted landing for two times, failed to stop on the runway due to bad weather and crashed into the signal signs on the grass. The passengers on the heavily damaged plane were evacuated and transferred to the terminal building to undergo a health check.
