Pension reform protested in France

A strike was held for the sixth time against the pension reform, which proposed gradually raising the retirement age from 62 to 64 and sparked outrage in France. Protests were held in various towns, including Nice, Marseille, Nantes, and Lyon, as well as the capital, Paris. Drivers, cleaners, refinery workers, railway workers, and teachers were among those who joined the strike. According to the French Ministry of Education, almost one-third of teachers nationally went on strike.
