The people have celebrated May 1 Labour Day in Athens, the capital of Greece. Due to the Labour Day, people hit the streets of the Athens with banners in their hands. Demanding the improvement of working rights in the country, the people walked through the streets of the capital and chanted “This wheel will not turn without you, the workers can work without a boss”. The public and trade unions participating in the celebration, together with the Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, expressed their opposition to the change in workers’ rights in Greece.
