The photo safari, taking place from June 6-9, aims to showcase the beauty and cultural history of Niğde’s Aladağlar and Bolkar Mountains, important tourist regions in Türkiye. The event, gathering photography enthusiasts from various provinces, featured jury members including photojournalist Coşkun Aral and photographers Mustafa Seven and Cem Kıvırcık. Participants, including Niğde Governor Cahit Çelik, visited Aladağlar National Park. Governor Çelik highlighted the region’s 392 endemic plant species and stressed environmental sensitivity. Coşkun Aral praised the area for its photographic opportunities. The competition will reward the top three photographers with cash prizes.
