Pilgrims Flock to Medina Under New Digital System

Hundreds of thousands of pilgrims are currently arriving in the holy city of Medina to visit the Prophet’s Mosque after completing their Hajj rituals in Mecca. The faithful are eager to pray in the revered “Garden of Paradise,” a deeply sacred space located between the Prophet Muhammad’s tomb and his pulpit. To safely manage the massive crowds, authorities have successfully implemented a mandatory digital appointment system via the Nusuk app, completely replacing previously unregulated entry methods. Pilgrims from Türkiye and around the world now move through safely organized queues to enjoy a peaceful, guaranteed 20-minute slot for their devotions.
