A fire caused by a ruptured natural gas pipeline on El Wahat Road in Egypt’s 6 October City left three dead and 13 injured. The blaze, sparked during unauthorized excavation work, damaged several vehicles. Authorities said the fire is now under control and gas service has resumed. Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli has ordered an investigation, while one construction worker has been detained.
