Polish tourist get attacked after climbing pyramid in Mexico

A Polish tourist climbed the Kukulkan Temple, which is located in the Chichen Itza archaeological site in the Yucatan state of Mexico. He was taken down by the officials, and one person hit the tourist on the head with a stick.

The tourist was detained for damaging cultural heritage. He stated that he went to the pyramid to take photos, but the photos were deleted. He was released after 12 hours. Authorities announced that the tourist was fined 5,000 Mexican pesos ($266).
