In Scotland, members of the pro-Palestinian group Palestine Action broke into the Turnberry Golf Club, owned by US President Donald Trump in South Ayrshire, and wrote “Gaza is not for sale” on the grass and sprayed red paint on the clubhouse walls.
“While Trump is trying to treat Gaza like his own property, he should know that his own property is also at stake,” the Palestine Action group said on social media.
“This was a childish and criminal act, but the incredible team at Trump Turnberry will ensure that this does not affect business,” Turnberry Golf Club said in a statement.
