A protest was held in front of the Russian Embassy in London, the capital of England. The demonstrators left various items in front of the Russian Embassy in response to the looting and claimed that the Russian soldiers took the belongings of the civilians who had to evacuate their homes due to the war in Ukraine and sent them to their own homes.
A Syrian demonstrator, who came in front of the embassy to show his reaction against Russia, said in a statement, “The whole world is protesting the situation in Ukraine right now and showing support to the Ukrainians.”
Edie, a British citizen who took part in the protest, said: “The war in Ukraine is really sickening. The Russian state is killing people in Ukraine. It kills children, it kills old people. They are plundering Ukrainian lands. It’s time to end this war,” he said.
