Thousands gathered outside New York City Hall to protest the Trump administration’s immigration policies and a proposal to forcibly remove Palestinians from Gaza. Demonstrations, organized under the slogan “50 protests, 50 states, one day,” took place nationwide, including in Philadelphia, Michigan, Texas, and Wisconsin.
Protesters also targeted billionaire Elon Musk, seen as a key Trump advisor, chanting slogans like “Deport Elon Musk” and condemning his role in the newly established Department of Government Efficiency. The rally, held under tight security, remained peaceful. More protests are expected in the coming days.
