Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping reaffirmed their strategic partnership in Moscow, emphasizing that their cooperation serves both nations’ interests and is “not against anyone.”

Xi, in Russia for Victory Day celebrations marking the Soviet defeat of Nazi Germany, stated that China and Russia are “ready to shape a multipolar world order together.” Putin praised China’s military presence in the event, highlighting their shared sacrifices in World War II. Both leaders criticized unilateral actions on the global stage and pledged to strengthen cooperation to counter Western influence.
