As the Russia-Ukraine war continues, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced in his address to the nation that “partial mobilization” was declared across the country. “Only citizens who are currently in the reserve and, above all, have served in the army, have certain military specialties and experience, will be subject to the call for partial mobilization,” Putin said in his speech.
“We will support his decision on the future of the majority of residents in the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions,” Putin said, adding that he signed the decree on partial mobilization and that the implementation will begin from today.
