Russian President Vladimir Putin attended the farewell ceremony in Moscow of Russian Emergencies Minister Yevgeniy Zinichev, who died during an exercise in Norilsk. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Russian ministers, parliamentary deputies, Russian politicians, all department heads and Russian people also attended the ceremony. Vladimir Putin left red carnations on the coffin of Yevgeny Zinichev, whose coffin was draped with the Russian flag. Putin then placed his head on the coffin and prayed. The funeral of Russian Minister Yevgeny Zinichev will be held in St. Petersburg, where he will be buried in the family cemetery.
