Russian President Vladimir Putin attended the G20 Summit chaired by India via video conference. Addressing the Ukraine-Russia War, Putin emphasized that Russia has consistently been open to peace talks with Ukraine. He highlighted that it was Ukraine, not Russia, that withdrew from the negotiation process.
Putin also expressed support for international cooperation and the re-establishment of mutually beneficial economic relations guided by UN norms and principles of mutual respect.
