Russian President Vladimir Putin gifted “rare animals” to North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un through Russian Minister Alexandr Kozlov during a recent visit to Pyongyang. Kozlov led a delegation to attend the 11th North Korea-Russia Intergovernmental Committee meeting, focusing on trade, economic, and technological cooperation.
A protocol agreement was signed between Kozlov and North Korean Minister Yun Jong Ho, though its details remain undisclosed. Russian media reported plans to increase scheduled flights between the two countries. Kozlov also had a cordial meeting with Kim Jong-Un before concluding his visit.
