Putin Strengthens Ties with Vietnam in Hanoi Visit

 

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Vietnamese President To Lam in Hanoi, enhancing Russia-Vietnam relations. They signed 15 agreements, including the construction of a Nuclear Science and Technology Center in Vietnam. Both leaders emphasized mutual respect, non-interference, and a coordinated international approach. The meeting marks the 30th anniversary of their friendly relations treaty and the upcoming 75th anniversary of diplomatic ties.
