Putin Visits North Korea for First Time in 24 Years

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Pyongyang, North Korea, marking his first visit in 24 years. The Kremlin Press Service announced that the visit, made at the invitation of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, included a personal welcome from Kim at Pyongyang Airport. Putin and Kim are scheduled to meet, sign agreements, and hold a joint press conference tomorrow.
