Queen’s hologram appears at ceremony concluding Platinum Jubilee

The four-day Platinum Jubilee celebrations marking Queen Elizabeth II’s 70th year on the throne have ended. While Queen Elizabeth was unable to attend many of the Platinum Jubilee events due to health issues, a hologram formed from images taken during the Queen’s coronation in 1953 greeted the public from the 260-year-old golden carriage that went to Buckingham Palace, accompanied by a procession.

After the golden carriage arrived at Buckingham Palace, Queen Elizabeth, 96, greeted the public on the palace balcony. The Queen was accompanied by members of the royal family, including Charles, Prince of Wales, and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, and Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, and their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
