The Ragıp Pasha mansion, which built by the Prussian architect August Carl Friedrich Jasmund in 1906 and known to have a 27-decare garden, was built for 40 thousand gold according to the records. The exterior of the mansion, which has a basement and three floors, is covered with wood. The 115-year-old historical mansion was put up for sale and valued at 234 million Turkish Lira.
