Ukrainian government has declared red zone in Kiev, and implemented quarantine as Covid-19 cases are increasing. People without vaccination certificates will not be allowed in entertainment venues, public transport, restaurants and shopping centers. A negative PCR test result will be requested from unvaccinated citizens to let them enter public facilities.
Ukrainians formed long queues in front of vaccination centers in order to get vaccinated after the decision.
