Rescue operations persist for nine workers trapped underground in a mining incident in Erzincan’s İliç district. A landslide, covering an 800-meter area with approximately 10 million cubic meters of soil, occurred yesterday, trapping the workers. Numerous search and rescue teams were immediately mobilized to the site to extricate the affected individuals. The relentless efforts to reach the trapped workers continue around the clock, both during the day and night.
