Delegations from Russia and Ukraine have come together at Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul to resume face-to-face talks. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan Initiated the meeting, where he welcomed the delegations of both sides ahead of peace talks.
On the other hand, Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich appeared at the meeting after days of absence. Abramovich was seen sitting next to Turkish Presidential Spokesperson Ibrahim Kalin during Erdogan’s speech.
