Russia started to strike Kharkiv again in early morning. The falling of a bomb in front of the governor’s building was recorded by street cameras. No official statement was made about the casualties.
Kharkiv Governor Oleg Sinegubov said in a statement, “The enemy continues to attack Kharkiv. Kharkiv square and Kharkiv Military Administration building were hit in the morning. Russia continues to use heavy weapons and massacre the civilian population. The attack was carried out outside of curfew hours. These actions are genocide and war crimes against the Ukrainian people. Victory will be ours.”
