Russia carries out air strikes across Ukraine, 1 killed

The Russian army attacked Dnipro in the southeast of Ukraine, the cities of Ivano-Frankivsk in the west and Lutsk in the northwest. According to the statement made by the Ukrainian Emergency Service Agency, three airstrikes were carried out on Dnipro, while one person was killed in the Novokodatsky region. It was stated that a kindergarten, an apartment and a two-story shoe factory were hit in the attacks. While the firefighters came to the scene to extinguish the fires that broke out after the attack, the images revealed the extent of the destruction.

The city of Lutsk in the northwest of the country was also targeted by the Russian army with missiles. While an airport and a jet engine factory were hit in the attacks, no casualties have been reported so far. The moment of the attack was captured on the security camera. While cities in the west have not been targeted by Russia before, many Ukrainians continue to flee to the west of the country in search of civilian safety.
