At least 3 people were killed and 20 were injured in a missile attack on an apartment building in Kramatorsk, Ukraine. More than 8 buildings were damaged in the attack that took place around 09:45 p.m. local time yesterday.
“One of the buildings was completely destroyed, and people may still be trapped under the rubble,” the police said.
